PERSONAL PROFILE

I am a student at Florida State University working towards a double major in BA Theatre and Writing and Editing. In my upcoming years at Florida State, I plan on studying abroad in London and have previously studied in Paris. I am a passionate crafter and baker and love to create whenever I can. I often enjoy bringing my DIY skills into my work in theatre. I have a part-time job working for FSU's Opera as a Technician. Overall, my passion and ambition have me seeking a career that challenges me daily to be creative and take risks.

MANAGEMENT

August 2014 - Present

Throughout my time at Boca Raton Community High School and Florida State, I have gained years of experience in the Stage Management field. Having to conduct meetings, organize schedules, and delegate jobs to technicians challenged me to keep composed in problem solving complex situations. Through Stage Management at Boca High I got the chance to work in the field of set design, which you can see in the gallery below.

WRITING

August 2016- May 2017

Cappies; a program that encourages High School students to view and critique other High School's productions, gave me the opportunity to become a published writer. Being chosen as the Lead Critic for my schools team, we attended several shows and wrote reviews with the chance to become published. Reviews I wrote for North Broward Prepatory School's production of Caberet and NSU University School's production of Fiddler on the Roof got published on the Florida Theatre On Stage website.

January 2016- Present

Working as an Electrician I have gained experience in rigging, operating, and maintaining lighting fixtures including all traditional lighting fixtures as well as LED fixtures. Being an Electrician for Florida States School of Theatre has made my techniques as an electrician organized and safe.

2014- 2017

Through my time at Boca High I received my AICE diploma, an AP Scholar Award, the Bright Futures Scholarship, and graduated in the top 20% of my class.

FLORIDA STATE UNIVERSITY

2017- Present

I am graduating from FSU with a double major in BA Theatre and Editing Writing and Media. Throughout my time at Florida State, I grew as a theatre practitioner, writer, and leader. I am projected to graduate on the President's list, with Summa Cum Laude GPA.
